Justice Earls is an exceptional and thoughtful NC jurist who has dedicated her career to advocating for the working-class and other underrepresented communities and she needs our support.

Justice Earls is the only member of the NC Supreme Court running for election in 2026. It is essential that she retain her seat. In 2028, three Republican justices, including the position of Chief Justice, will be on the ballot, making that election equally critical.

Because of the current right-leaning Supreme Court and gerrymandered districting maps, North Carolina lost three Democratic seats in the U.S. Congress in November 2024, shifting the balance of power in Congress. We have the power to make change happen.
