While activism is the way of life for some of us, many of us are new to the game! There are many ways to get involved with changing our world for the better, but how do you find a good fit? And how do we build an effective social movement that has staying power and challenge existing power structures? Join us for an informative session that includes time for everyone to participate in the discussion.

2025 Kickoff Event (The Sequel)
Did not get into our last event at the end of February? NO PROBLEM! We have secured a location for another informational session on Indivisible and how you can contribute to saving our democracy!
Come together to meet fellow members and volunteers, discuss goals and plans for 2025 and activism opportunities! We'll have snacks (of course!) and raffles, because who says we can't have a good time together while engaging in grassroots activism? We'll even set up a kind of "activism speed dating" so you can learn about who's doing what, and how to find a fit for your own skills and interests.
Whether you’re a long-time activist or total newbie, there’s a place for you. Let us help you find a way to channel your anger or alarm into action!
Monday Meetup: Utilizing Artificial Intelligence in Resistance Work
We are kicking off the 2025 Meet Ups with an excellent topic that is becoming a bigger part of our life every day - Artificial Intelligence! Join us as we learn to embrace AI in our resistance work! We will learn the possible benefits AND pitfalls of using AI in performing research as well as composing letters and public comment scripts. You will come away with tools that you can start using right away. We already know that this is a marathon - not a sprint. So we should all learn to work smarter, not harder!

This Meet Up is taking place at the Pinnacle Environmental Management Support. This is located next to Undercurrent Restaurant. Parking should be easy since the restaurant is closed on Mondays!
2025 Kickoff Event
Join us as we join together and lay out our plans for 2025! We are going to be focusing on LOCAL LOCAL LOCAL! This is perfect because Greensboro has local elections coming up later this year. We are going to continue with our phenomenal postcarding efforts, of course! Grab some food, meet some new friends (bring some friends with you!) and learn how we can continue to protect our democracy!
